Wow... what a year this has been so far. I cracked my sternum the day before Thanksgiving and then broke off the bottom piece (zyphoid process) while exercising with my trainer the first week in January. It took three doctors and lots of tests to actually figure out what had happened and then surgery to remove the zyphoid piece that was no longer attached... ouch!

Happy New Year! I'm really excited about starting this year with the goal of getting approval for Phase II of our community by November 2009! I have chosen two new members for my team this time around... Karl Sommer is my attorney and Oralynn Guerrerortiz of Design Enginuity LLC will be doing the engineering and land planning.
