What a year!

Wow... what a year this has been so far. I cracked my sternum the day before Thanksgiving and then broke off the bottom piece (zyphoid process) while exercising with my trainer the first week in January. It took three doctors and lots of tests to actually figure out what had happened and then surgery to remove the zyphoid piece that was no longer attached... ouch!

I feel pretty good now and ready to get going again on selling the lots that recently became available in Phase I because of the economy. I recommended to our Homeowner's Association Board of Directors that we extend the time to build on undeveloped lots in Phase I to five years. The Board put it out to our lot owners for a vote and it was approved, so I can "officially" offer this time extension to any one interested in purchasing one of the six lots currently available. There are three casita lots (from 1/4 to 1/2 acre) for our pre-designed floor plan of 1620 sq. ft. and three single family lots for homes up to 3000 sq. ft. All of the lots are wooded with fabulous views!

There are currently eight occupied homes in the community. The Homeowner's Association is very active and involved in addressing any issues that arise. Our next scheduled meeting is to address maintenance issues and everybody pitches in to keep our beautiful property in tip-top shape. Of course, there are also fun events planned such as a gathering for all lot owners (residents and out-of-towners)in August and our annual meeting in December!

Please call or write with any questions you may have about our community or to schedule a visit! We would love to give you a tour!
