Happy New Year 2009!
Happy New Year! I'm really excited about starting this year with the goal of getting approval for Phase II of our community by November 2009! I have chosen two new members for my team this time around... Karl Sommer is my attorney and Oralynn Guerrerortiz of Design Enginuity LLC will be doing the engineering and land planning. Stay tuned for periodic updates of our progress on this page.
There are still several lots available for purchase in Phase I. Check out our lot layout and pricing pages to view the available lots and their prices. Please read my November 2008 update for more information about why these lots have recently become available for purchase.
Now that the holidays are behind us, it is a good time to come and visit Santa Fe and Birds of a Feather's community!
