Spring is finally in the air!
Rain predicted for tomorrow, day light longer with the time change this weekend. I'm already imagining the wild flowers and my perennial garden in bloom! I'm also looking forward to many visitors this year. Already have showings scheduled into June. So exciting to think about our community growing with new lot owners and new homes being built after the "recession lull" we experienced.
In my last entry, I talked about the possibility of offering a smaller home for some of our "casita" lots in phase I. I have worked with an architect and builder to design a very sweet and charming floor plan of approximately 900 sq. ft. and includes one bedroom, a den/office, two baths and garage, which would be built on your choice of one of our four 1/4 acre wooded lots adjoining our main meadow. Perfect for downsizing for retirement or even a second home!
There are also a few larger re-sale lots in Phase I and 1/2 to 2+ acre lots in Phase II available for a pre-designed floor plan or your custom home.
