Infrastructure improvements
All of the infrastructure improvements (electric, telephone & water) have been installed to the lot lines of our four new lots in Hawk's Landing. Lot purchasers will be responsible for installing their own septic systems when they build their homes. It is exciting to be moving forward with the creation of the newest phase of our community!
We have had several showings in the past month or so and everybody here at "Birds" is looking forward to meeting their future friends and neighbors!
