Happy New Year 2007!
I find it hard to believe that another year is behind us and that I am now beginning the thirteenth year of my journey towards making my dream of creating community a reality! An old Chinese Proverb says "The journey is the reward" and it has been quite a journey!
I am very excited about the coming year because in 2007 the first residents will begin moving into our community! The first five homes are currently under construction and several more are in the planning and design phase to be started this year! I will soon be starting the next step of my journey by actually living in the community in my "EcoNest". I also plan on beginning the approval process with state and county agencies for Phase II in the next few months and hope to begin lot sales in the next year or so!

Phase II lots will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may want to schedule a time to visit the community this summer... we'd love to meet you!
