It's been fairly quiet
Not too much to report since my last update! Things have been fairly quiet since selling the last lot in Phase I. I have been busy getting my current home ready to sell, so that I can be the first one to move to my "EcoNest" at Birds of a Feather in December. It certainly has been a very long and interesting journey! I started the project twelve years ago and I'm finally seeing the community come to fruition with the first four homes being built this year. Of course, it is really people who will make the community, so I'm excited about the prospect of people actually moving into their new homes. We have a really great group of people who have already started connecting with each other and making friendships.
It's not too late to become part of this wonderful community. I have begun the approval process for the next phase of our community, but it could be another year or two before lot sales will begin.
