Another EcoNest goes up
Catherine & Jan's EcoNest on Lot 5 now has the straw/clay walls up after a successful workshop last week. They used Douglas Fir for their timberframe which has a beautiful reddish color. It's very exciting to see two EcoNests as you drive into the community now. We should be breaking ground for the first two "casitas" in the next few weeks. The purchase contract on Lot 14 just fell through this morning and so it is now back on the market. Lot 14 is a gorgeous lot with privacy and magnificent views of mountains and forest. The two lots remaining in Phase I (lot 12 & 14)are your last opportunity to purchase at below market pricing.
