Back on track
Everything is back on track and moving forward... finally! The first two lots (2 & 18) were sold on May 14th! I will be building my home on lot 5.
The infrastructure will be started on June 1st and should be completed in about 3 to 4 weeks. Then the roads will be finished and street signs will go up... custom signs with carved letters and silhouettes of birds sitting on the top!
We have been busy planting trees... small groves of aspen and lots of plum trees and lilac bushes. Landscaping will take place after the roads are finished.
Now all we need are the residents! There are many showings scheduled through September and a few more lots that should be under contract very soon. The home site page has been updated recently and reservations were removed from 3 lots.
This is a ground floor opportunity to live in one of the first lesbian and gay resort communities in the country! It's also a good investment in your future! Both of the lots that sold appraised at a higher price than the sale price.
