Two months later
I can't believe that it has been almost 2 months since I filed the final plat and updated this page! I have been extremely busy finishing and filing all of our documents with the county and getting all of the infrastructure improvements scheduled. We will also be closing on the first two lots (2 & 18) in a few weeks! Some of the lots currently "reserved" may become available since the reservations must now be converted to a purchase agreement.
Underground electric, telephone and water lines will be installed in May and the roads will be finished in June if all goes according to plans.
We are also beginning some landscaping and planting of native grasses and wildflower seeds in a few of the meadows. Should be spectacular after a few of our spring rains and a little NM sunshine!
