November already?
I can't believe that it's already November and only 3 more weeks until the long awaited final hearing to amend our plat and get the issue of the appeal resolved! I can finally see the finish line for Phase I after a long and challenging journey and it's pretty exciting! Please send your thoughts and positive energy our way on November 25th!!
I continue to be very busy finishing up projects in preparation for filing our final plat in early January. I also have several more showings scheduled through the end of the year. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a visit! Christmas in Santa Fe is very magical... faralitos everywhere!
Our brochures are ready for mailing, however, we must be registered in every state with subdivision filing requirements before we can do any marketing in those states. We will begin mailing brochures on Monday to those of you who have visited the property in the past and are located in states with no filing requirements. We have already begun the registration process for several states with filing requirements. As soon as we are properly registered, we will mail brochures to those of you in... Minnesota, Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, and Oregon to name a few. Sorry for the delay.

Also, we have recently added a "Frequently Asked Questions" page and also a page called "Future Residents" for photos of women who have reserved a lot in Birds' new community. There are currently four reserved lots! There are three photos of future residents and we are waiting for a fourth from our friends in Puerto Rico who reserved Lot 15 (next to their friends from PR who reserved Lot 16)!
