Great news...
We are pleased to announce that Lapa Rios Ecolodge in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica, designed by David Andersen (our architect) of Andersen Group Architects, Ltd. has been listed by Conde Nast Magazine as number five in the top 10 Latin/Atlantic Hotels for 2002 in the Reader's Choice Survey!
David has been involved with Birds of a Feather since its' inception and was responsible for designing the layout of the community as well as the casitas! David believes that architectural design should be a meditation and a reflection on life and the world around the people who will experience the structure, the land and the sky!
As one of our preferred architects, David is available to assist you in designing the custom home of your dreams at Birds' community!
We are ready for the hearing next Monday and feel confident that our amended plat will satisfy the issues raised in the appeal. We are excited to move forward and begin lot and home sales in early 2003! I'll update this section right after the hearing next week!
