Still working
We are still working towards filing our final plat and beginning lot and home sales in September. Seems like during the summer there are more delays than ever because lots of people are on vacation.
We are still receiving e-mails requesting lot and home prices. The price range for lots and pricing levels for casitas are located on our lot and home price page on the website. There is a "pricing available" button link on the home page.
It looks like we will begin taking lot reservation deposits in the very near future. We will send an online newsletter to everyone on our mailing list as soon as the individual lots have been priced and we begin accepting deposits! We will also send letters by mail to those of you that have visited the property or expressed an interest in purchasing a lot. Brochures will be available in late September!
We are showing the property frequently now and have received some strong indications of interest and appointments for second and third showings. Please let us know if you'd like to schedule a time to visit the property and choose your favorite lot. We are working with Century Bank in Santa Fe on a fabulous financing opportunity! Buyers will be able to purchase a lot now and pay interest only (currently 6.5%) for the first two years! Secure your lot now with a minimal payment!
There are several new pictures on our photo tour page of visitors to Birds. We will continue to add new pictures of our friends and visitors as well as infrastructure improvements to the property. I've taken some great shots of the electric poles that were recently installed to bring power from a mile away to the vicinity of the entrance (all utilities will be underground in the community)! I won't bore you by putting those on the website! (any visible progress is exciting to me and a photo opportunity at this point)!
