County Commissioners meeting
We are still preparing for our next meeting with the County Commissioners on September 11.
We know that many of you are waiting for an indication of lot and home prices. We are still learning what is required by the County to obtain approval and getting bids for the infrastructure work such as utilities and roads.
There is also much planning to do for things like fire defense and prevention. Things should start moving much more quickly after receiving approval for our proposal. Send positive energy and stay tuned to this page or the home page for updates.
We are also working on our brochure and a newsletter, which should be ready within a month or so after receiving approval. Check out the new pictures on the photo page and also the proposed lot layout under About Birds. home design.
