After a long and hard battle for the past year...
culminating in a 4-hour meeting with the Planning & Zoning Commission yesterday. we have finally received a recommendation for approval by the planning & zoning commissioners to the County Board. We will continue preparing for our meeting with the County Commissioners on September 11, as they make the actual decision to approve or deny our subdivision proposal. This was still a very important step in the process and I am thrilled and excited about being one step closer to making Bird's new community a success.
