Architect and Designers
We are pleased to announce that we have finally completed our home design collaboration with architect, Dave Madden of EcoNest Designs of Santa Fe and award winning builder, Mark Giorgetti of Palo Santo Designs and will soon be offering our first lot and home package featuring two new fabulous floor-plans for some of our Hawk's Landing (phase II) home sites! We are calling these homes "Los Nidos" or "the nests" because of their smaller size (1280 & 1450 sq. ft.) and also because they will be "feathered" with healthy and eco-friendly materials throughout!
Each floor-plan features two bedrooms, two baths and a double car garage and the larger floor-plan has an additional room for an office/den. The lot & home package will include your choice of floor-plan on one of our spectacular one-half to one-acre pinion pine wooded home sites, as well as all underground utilities and an advanced nitrate waste-water treatment system! Palo Santo Designs was named "Green Builder of the Year, 2011" in Santa Fe's Haciendas, A Parade of Homes last year.
They also won awards for Best Craftsmanship, Excellence in Water, Indoor Air Quality and Site & Resource efficiency! We are very excited about working with Palo Santo Designs to build our "nests".
