Spring is just around the corner!
I'm feeling very optimistic that spring is just around the corner! Today is the first day of our spring wind and the trees are already starting to bud. We have been working these past few winter months on designing a couple of new, smaller floorplans for some of our newly approved lots in phase II. We are now in the process of choosing a builder for these homes and pricing them. We believe that you will love the new plans, as well as our new lots... from 1/2 acre to 2+acres with magnificent views of the surrounding Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We will also be updating the community site plan and lot layout and pricing pages of our website, so check back periodically! We are excited to announce that we have finished our home design collaboration with architect, Dave Madden of EcoNest Designs of Santa Fe and builder, Mark Giorgetti of Palo Santo Designs to offer a smaller home "feathered" with healthy and eco-friendly materials throughout for some of our Hawk's Landing (phase II) home sites!
