Ten months later...
It has been months since I have updated this page and for that I apologize. I had hoped to take somewhat of a sabbatical between the sale of lots in Phase I and beginning the approval process with the county and state for Phase II, but instead have continued to be very busy with the development of the community and related issues. I anticipate that lots will be available for purchase again in late 2009, so please come and visit us soon to determine if you wish to become part of our community in the next phase.
The community is definitely becoming a reality with five occupied homes and three more currently under construction. Out-of-town lot owners visit regularly and there are many connections being made between people even before they move into their homes in the community. We even have a yahoo group called "Flock News" where people can post dates of visits, construction progress reports and photos and community news!
I have also been negligent in updating the photo section of our website, but promise to take some photos of the new homes in our community during the next few weeks and get them posted. It is a very exciting time for me and all of the lot owners in Phase I to meet their new neighbors and see the homes being built!
