Exciting News
Lots of exciting news to report! Casita lot 8 was recently put under contract by Sue & Pam from Indianapolis! Sue became our youngest lot purchaser at age 42, just barely inching out Lauren of Lot 16 who just recently turned 43! Welcome to our community!
I have finally broken ground on the foundation for my home! We are posting pictures of our work on my foundation on the property page of the photo tour if you would like to follow our progress in the coming months. Once the foundation is complete, our attention will turn to building my garage over the winter and then we will have an EcoNest workshop in May, 2006.
