Speaking of lot sales...
Just a quick update on lot sales. I have just put Lot 7 under contract with Jane & Bonnie of Honolulu, Hawaii. I know, you're thinking why would someone want to leave Hawaii and move to New Mexico. Well, according to Jane & Bonnie, they are looking for more affordable housing, as well as some peace and quiet. I can imagine that living on an island with lots of tourists might feel a little hectic at times. They will certainly find peace and tranquility at Birds and the sound of the wind in the trees does sound a lot like the ocean.
