Happy New Year 2005!
Wow... I can't believe it's already 2005! Happy New Year! I'm very excited about this coming year because we will finally begin to build some homes in the community. I'm currently beginning the design process for my new home and I know that Ellen (Lot 18) has also started to design her home. I will also begin some landscaping projects this spring and the installation of an electronic entry gate!
We have several showings scheduled in January. It's not too late to reserve your place in the community... just call or write to schedule a visit!
I've recently hired a new webmaster that lives in Pecos. We have been working on an Electronic Press Kit (EPK) which is a fabulous CD with my entire brochure, website, covenants and a video of the property for marketing purposes. It should be available in the next few weeks, so if you're interested in receiving one, just sign up on our mailing list.
We will also be making some changes on the website that are pretty exciting. The first change is making our beautiful bird logo come alive with animation! Check out the home page where the birds fly in and roost and then continue their very lifelike movements! Check back often and look for new pages on alternative building and septic systems.
