A Supreme Court decision soon
An appeal of District Court's decision affirming our subdivision approval was filed by the opposition with the State Supreme Court on December 12th. We filed our response yesterday and the Supreme Court must now make a decision during the next 30 days as to whether or not to hear the case. I'm hopeful that like the Appellate Court, they will quickly deny the appeal.
