THE APPEAL IN DISTRICT COURT IS OVER!
AT THE HEARING TODAY, THE HONORABLE JUDGE MATHIS RULED IN OUR FAVOR! HE STATED THAT IN HIS OPINION THE COUNTY DID NOT ACT ARBITRARILY OR CAPRICIOUSLY BY APPROVING THE BIRDS OF A FEATHER SUBDIVISION.

I appreciate all of the support and encouragement I have received while going through this long and tedious court process. I'm very excited to be able to move to the next step of making this dream a reality!
