It is official...
Birds of a Feather received FINAL PLAT APPROVAL at our hearing today! We have met all conditions of preliminary plat set at the last hearing (9-11-01) and can finally start the next phase in the process... building homes and creating community!
We are waiting for a few more bids for infrastructure work before we can price the lots and casitas... hopefully by the first of May! We will notify everyone on the mailing list when prices are available.
