Our first Newsletter
Dear Friends, supporters, and future Bird's residents... this morning we sent our first e-mail newsletter to our mailing list subscribers. We will also be mailing brochures via regular mail in the next few months. If you have moved or changed your e-mail address in the last couple of years and wish to continue to receive information about Bird's new community... please e-mail us your updated information. It will be kept strictly confidential.
BIRDS OF A FEATHER "TAKES WING"
We finally have the approvals needed for our subdivision and to actually infrastructure work on Bird's property!
Our engineers are currently designing roads, water systems, and utility plans. The plans should be completed in November and put out for bid. As soon as we receive the bid proposals and have selected the various contractors to complete the infrastructure work, we will have brochures and lot prices available. Thank you for your patience and understanding we know that many of you have been waiting a long time for pricing of the homes and lots. As soon as the lot prices are available, we will then be able to take lot reservations with a minimal deposit. We will also be sending a newsletter in the very near future. Please tell your friends about Birds of a Feather's new community and sign up on our mailing list if you haven't done so already.
