More frequent updates
We have received several requests for more frequent news updates, even if brief.
We will update this section at least twice a month so that you can stay connected with our slow but steady progress. Thanks again for your continued patience and support. It is very much needed and appreciated.
We have an informal meeting scheduled with officials of San Miguel County on Feb.1 to discuss the results of our new well and pump test. We are hoping that the officials will agree to schedule a formal public meeting with the County Commissioners at that time. Our goal is to have pricing available as soon as we receive preliminary approval from the Commissioners for our requested lot sizes. We will also begin taking lot reservations at that time.
