Planning and Zoning Committee part 2
We decided to bypass the Planning and Zoning meeting tentatively scheduled for September 21 and go directly to our meeting with the County Commissioners in late October or early November. It has become evident that the Planning & Zoning Board is attempting to delay the project despite the fact that we have met all the State and County regulations for our proposed project. Keep sending your positive thoughts and energy and we will get the approval we need to go forward.

We have also added a rendering of Las Alas Guest Ranch that we think you will enjoy! There are also a few new pictures of the development team. We will be adding more pictures in the near future.
Birds of a Feather will be featured in Pride Senior Networks next newspaper that should be out in a few weeks. If you would like more information about Pride Senior Network, there is a link to their site on our links page. They are a fabulous organization in New York City!
I'm leaving for Santa Fe tomorrow to continue our work towards obtaining approval and to look for housing. I have meetings scheduled with our attorney and hydrologist. They are both preparing their reports for our County Commission meeting.
