Happy Memorial Day!
What a great day to finally announce pricing for the casitas and a price range for the casita and single family lots! Prices for specific lots will be available before lot and home sales begin in July 2002.

Groundbreaking is still scheduled for June! Roads are the first to go in and should be completed sometime in July. We will be installing utilities in August and hope to begin building the first homes this fall.
