Birds of a Feather Lot Layouts

All eighteen lots in Phase I (turquoise/yellow on map) ranging in size from 1/4 to 2 acres were sold between 2004 to 2006.

Phase II lots (lavender on map) were more recently approved by State & County agencies. We are calling these lots Hawk's Landing at Birds of a Feather Community.

Phase II lots 19, 21 & 22 (lavender on map) were first offered in May, 2019.

Phase II lots 23, 24, 25 & 26 (lavendar on map) were first offered for sale in May, 2021.

There will not be any additional lots added to the community, so the final number of lots in Phases I & II is 44 lots.
