Bonnie J. McGowan is the founder/developer of Birds of a Feather LGBT Community. She is also a licensed NM Real Estate Broker with Hawk's Landing Realty. She originally obtained her license to assist with re-sales of lots and homes in the community, but she has also been actively working for those folks who prefer city living in Santa Fe, to our more rural setting tucked into the foothills of the SF National Forest. She is quite familiar with the Santa Fe real estate market having lived there for many years before moving to Birds, as well as having helped many in finding their new home there.
