Single family homes can be custom designed or you may choose from one of our preferred builder's floorplans. Prices in our area, as of January, 2009, vary from $250.00 and up per square foot depending on your choice of materials and finishing. Maximum size for single family homes in our community is 3000 square feet.

Econest pricing currently runs from $300.00 per square foot and up. Econests generally have a "smaller footprint" from 1200 to 2500 square feet.

Casita pricing by John DiJanni There are three pricing levels available for the casitas based on your choice of upgrade packages.
